A safer connection with yourself changes everything

Grief came up today. The old me would have sat with it for a loooong time until it was “all processed out” or I could somehow get rid of it. I touched something tender and I stayed there for 15 minutes and then returned to my life... I’ll come back to my grief later. I “pendulated” instead of drowning in it. Our sessions together taught me that.

Hi, I’m Meg.

For much of my life, I looked capable and put together on the outside while inside I often felt overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, and exhausted from trying to hold everything together.

Like many women, I thought I needed to fix myself, but throughout my journey I learned there was nothing wrong with me. I had simply adapted and learned to override what I felt, needed, and knew in order to survive.

Today, I help women rebuild a safer connection with their body, emotions, desires, and inner knowing so they can stop fighting themselves and start trusting their bodies, emotions and desires again.

My work weaves together trauma-informed somatic healing, feminine embodiment, cyclical wisdom, intuitive guidance, and deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.

Healing is about creating enough safety to reconnect with the woman you’ve been all along. When that happens, life begins to feel less like something you’re constantly managing and more like something you can fully participate in, enjoy, and savor.

What is a Feel Your Way Forward Somatic Healing Session?

For the woman who is tired of overriding herself.

A Feel Your Way Forward Session is a gentle, body-led process that helps you rebuild a safer connection with yourself through your body, emotions, desires, and inner knowing.

Many women arrive here after years of trying to understand themselves, improve themselves, or manage what they’re feeling. They’ve done the inner work, learned the tools, and gained awareness, yet still find themselves second-guessing their emotions, pushing through exhaustion, questioning their needs, or feeling disconnected from what they truly want.

This work offers a different approach. Rather than trying to think your way out of patterns or manage your reactions, we create enough safety for your body to begin revealing and resolving what has been held beneath the surface for years.

Together, we gently work with the emotional and survival patterns that formed when it didn’t feel safe to fully feel, express yourself, trust yourself, or honor what you needed.

As these patterns begin to integrate, many women find they feel less overwhelmed, less reactive, and more connected to themselves. Self-trust and intuition grows. Boundaries become clearer. Emotions feel less intimidating. Decisions become easier. Relationships deepen.

Most importantly, life begins to feel less like something you’re constantly managing and more like something you can fully participate in and enjoy.

These sessions are especially supportive for women who have spent years holding everything together, caring for everyone else, questioning themselves, or feeling disconnected from their body, emotions, desires, and inner knowing.
