For much of my life, I looked capable and put together on the outside while inside I often felt anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, and at war with myself.
I spent years trying to figure out how to feel better.
I read the books.
Did the personal development.
Explored holistic health.
Followed spiritual practices.
Learned everything I could about healing.
I was always searching for the missing piece. What I eventually discovered changed everything.
Healing that facilitated true change wasn’t just about mindset or insight.
My body needed to feel safe. My body was carrying experiences, emotions, and survival patterns it had never been given the chance to fully process.
And like many women, somewhere along the way I had learned to disconnect from my body, needs, emotions and desires. I learned not to trust myself.
I overrode what I felt.
Pushed through exhaustion.
Questioned my instincts.
Talked myself out of my needs.
I became incredibly skilled at managing myself, but I had a deep desire to feel free and managing myself wasn’t the same thing as feeling free.
The deeper I went into somatic and body-based healing, the more I began to understand something I now see in almost every woman I work with: Most women don’t need fixing. They need a safer connection with their body, emotions, and desires.
Because when it no longer feels safe to feel what we feel, we learn to suppress, numb, perform, people-please, overthink, and carry more than our share. We lose trust in our own experience and in our bodies.
And when I learned these patterns were created out of survival and that there was nothing truly wrong with me, that in and of itself lessened the shame.
As I began working with my body instead of trying to control it, patterns that once felt permanent started to shift. The noise in my inner world quieted. I stopped feeling like I needed to constantly manage myself.
Life became something I could actually enjoy and consciously create instead of something I was always trying to keep up with. I learned how to feel my way forward.
Today, I help women safely reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve learned to ignore, suppress, override, or abandon. Through body-led healing, emotional processing, nervous system support, and intuitive guidance, I help women build the safety and capacity needed to trust themselves again so they can experience ease, relief, and aliveness.
My Approach
My work sits at the intersection of grounded nervous system healing and the deeper wisdom of the body, emotions, intuition, and soul.
I’ve always loved the quote: “Keep your feet on the ground and your head in the clouds.” That balance is at the heart of how I work.
I’m deeply rooted in trauma-informed somatic healing and evidence-informed approaches to nervous system support. I’m equally passionate about the intuitive, cyclical, feminine, relational, and soulful dimensions of being human.
For me healing isn’t about fixing yourself but instead it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that were set aside in order to survive.
In our work together, we create enough safety for what has been held, suppressed, or unfinished to emerge, be felt, and integrate naturally.
Over time, many women notice they:
• trust themselves more and they’re more connected to their intuition
• stop second-guessing their feelings
• feel less reactive and overwhelmed
• set boundaries with greater ease
• reconnect with their desires
• experience more joy, pleasure, and aliveness without guilt
• feel more at home in themselves
Alongside private sessions, I also create immersive experiences in nature including intuitive and energy healing sessions, retreats, feminine movement classes, and equine-supported experiences (coming soon).
Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers. So have animals, especially horses. They remind us of something most humans have forgotten: What it looks like to live in relationship with ourselves without constantly overriding what we know and how we feel.

- I live in Knoxville, TN and spent 15 years in Florida after growing up in Ohio
- I have a fur-baby, Luna doggie (RIP Emma Kitty)
- I once lived on a sailboat for 2.5 years!
- I dream of creating a sanctuary where both humans and animals can heal, reconnect, and simply be
- I love to dance, love music, enjoy playing sports, the arts, rock-climbing & all things adventure, hiking + nature and delish + healthy food.
- One of my dreams is to RV across America and explore the national parks.
